Tuition Scholarships are awarded to several incoming freshmen art majors each year. The number of these scholarships is subject to available funding. Upon acceptance to Utah State University, prospective art majors (also known as BFA candidates) will have to apply separately. The application to become an incoming freshmen art major is also the application that the USU Art Scholarship Committee will consider for scholarship. To review the application process, click here.
There are several scholarships awarded each year, which are intended to encompass several or all emphasis students. To simplify the application process, the USU Art Scholarship Committee has developed the General Scholarship Application. Only students previously accepted into the BFA will be considered for a scholarship. To apply, click here to download an application (.pdf). Applications are also available in the main Art Office. Make sure to closely read the eligibility section and follow the instructions closely.
Applications will be due by March 1. Students will be informed by April 1.
